CPESN NY, LLC Pharmacies Helping People with Diabetes to Access Education and Support Services

Buffalo, N.Y. May 1, 2024 – CPESN NY LLC, an independent practice association of more than 280 community pharmacies focused on advancing patient-centered care for chronic disease management, announces 14 additional pharmacies that have received accreditation for their diabetes education programs through the Association of Diabetes Care & Education Specialists (ADCES). These pharmacies include 8th Avenue Pharmacy (Brooklyn, NY), Amiable Pharmacy (Brooklyn, NY), Andy Pharmacy II (New York, NY), As-Salam Pharmacy Inc (Jamaica, NY), Brooks Pharmacy (Hamburg, NY), Church Ave Pharmacy Inc (Brooklyn, NY), Delco Drugs & Specialty Pharmacy Inc (Staten Island, NY), Health and Harmony Rx (Purchase, NY), Maggy Pharmacy Inc (Dannemora, NY), Pilgrim Pharmacy (Bronx, NY), Tu Quynh Pharmacy (New York, NY), Washingtonville Pharmacy (Washingtonville, NY), Wellness Pharmacy (New York, NY), and Youngs Pharmacy & General Store, LLC (Averill Park, NY).
