May 1, 2024 – CPESN NY LLC, an independent practice association of more than 280 community pharmacies focused on advancing patient-centered care for chronic disease management, announces 14 additional pharmacies that have received accreditation for their diabetes education programs through the Association of Diabetes Care & Education Specialists (ADCES).
Jamie Latko, owner of Niagara Apothecary Inc. was one of the first pharmacies to become accredited and offer DSMES services in her pharmacy. Through her encouraging guidance and hands-on approach, she focused on providing a positive perspective for addressing fears and concentrating on what you can do, not what you can’t.
CPESN Mississippi lead luminary Bob Lomenick and CPESN NYC lead luminary Roger Paganelli were recognized during the National Community Pharmacists Association’s Annual Convention in Orlando.
